缬沙坦与非洛地平治疗高血压病伴糖尿病的临床疗效分析

Clinical Efficacy Analysis of Valsartan and Felodipine in the Treatment of Hypertension with Diabetes Mellitus

目的:分析缬沙坦与非洛地平治疗高血压病伴糖尿病的临床疗效。方法:选取2018年6月—2020年5月三明市社会福利院收治的500例高血压病伴糖尿病患者,随机分为非洛地平治疗的对照组(250例)与缬沙坦治疗的观察组(250例),观察患者治疗情况。结果:与对照组相比,观察组治疗有效率高,差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=4.9324,P<0.05);与治疗后对照组相比,观察组血压水平相对更低,血糖水平相对更低,差异有统计学意义(t=23.5146、23.7930,P<0.05;t=29.2690、15.5921、2.4613,P<0.05);与治疗后对照组相比,观察组肾功能改善相对更好,差异有统计学意义(t=20.8247、34.2849,P<0.05)。结论:给予高血压病伴糖尿病患者缬沙坦治疗,能提高治疗效果,降低患者血压及血糖水平,促进其肾功能的改善,整体效果优于非洛地平治疗。

Objective:To analyze the clinical efficacy of valsartan versus felodipine in the treatment of hypertension with diabe⁃tes mellitus.Methods:500 patients with hypertension with diabetes mellitus admitted to Sanming Social Welfare Hospital from June 2018 to May 2020 were selected and randomly divided into a control group treated with felodipine and an observation group treated with valsartan,with 250 cases in each group.The patients’treatment was observed.Results:The treatment efficiency of the observation group was higher than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(χ^(2)=4.9324,P<0.05).After treatment,the blood pressure level and blood glucose level in the observation group were lower than those in the con⁃trol group,and the differences were statistically significant(t=23.5146,23.7930,P<0.05,t=29.2690,15.5921,2.4613,P<0.05).The improvement of renal function in the observation group was better than that in the control group after treatment,and the difference was statistically significant(t=20.8247,34.2849,P<0.05).Conclusion:Administration of valsartan to patients with hy⁃pertension with diabetes improves the therapeutic effect,lowers blood pressure and blood glucose levels,and promotes improvement in renal function,with an overall effect superior to that of felodipine treatment.
