基于因果分析的护理干预措施在股骨近端髓内钉手术室护理中的应用体会

The Application of Nursing Interventions Based on Causal Analysis in the Operating Room Care of Proximal Femoral Intramedullary Nailing

目的:观察基于因果分析的护理干预措施在股骨近端髓内钉手术室护理中的应用效果。方法:选取2020年1—12月南通市通州区中医院收治的60例进行股骨近端髓内钉的手术患者作为研究对象,按护理干预措施前后分为两组,每组各30例。2020年1—6月护理干预措施实施前作为对照组,2020年7—12月护理干预措施实施后作为实验组,分析比较两组患者的护理效果。结果:基于因果分析的改善性护理措施实施后,实验组患者在物品准备完善率、物品摆放位置正确率及完成防压疮措施情况均优于对照组患者,差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=4.320、7.680、6.667,P<0.05)。实验组患者手术体位摆放时间比对照组患者缩短,差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=15.021,P<0.05)。实验组患者手术医生的满意度优于对照组患者,差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=19.341,P<0.05)。结论:基于因果分析的改善性护理干预措施提高了股骨近端髓内钉手术的术中护理水平和医生的满意度,缩短了体位摆放时间,提高了每台手术间的周转率,增加了手术安全性。

Objective:To observe the effectiveness of a causal analysis-based nursing intervention after implementation in improving the quality of care and increasing orthopedic surgeon satisfaction in the operating room for proximal femoral intramedullary nailing.Methods:60 patients admitted to the hospital for surgery with proximal femoral intramedullary nailing from January to December 2020 were selected as observation subjects and divided into two groups of 30 cases each before and after nursing interventions.Patients before the implementation of the nursing intervention from January to June 2020 were used as the control group,and patients after the implementation of the nursing intervention from July to December 2020 were used as the experimental group.The care outcomes of the two groups of patients were analyzed and compared.Results:After the implementation of the improved nursing measures based on causal analysis,the experimental group had a better rate of perfect preparation of items,correct placement of items and completion of pressure sore prevention measures than the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(χ^(2)=4.320,7.680,6.667,P<0.05).The surgical position placement time was shorter in the experimental group than in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(χ^(2)=15.021,P<0.05).Surgeon satisfaction was better in the experimental group than in the control group,with a statistically significant difference(χ^(2)=19.341,P<0.05).Conclusion:The improved nursing intervention based on causal analysis improves intraoperative care and physician satisfaction in proximal femoral intramedullary nailing,shortens position placement time,greatly improves interoperative turnaround,and increases surgical safety.
