白屈菜浸提液对两种杂草种子萌发的化感作用 被引量:1

摘要 【目的】为探讨白屈菜浸提液对牵牛、反枝苋的化感作用。【方法】采用培养皿滤纸法,研究了不同提取方法(醇提和水提)以及不同浓度白屈菜浸提液对牵牛、反枝苋种子萌发和幼苗生长的影响。【结果】白屈菜浸提液对两种杂草种子萌发存在化感作用。白屈菜醇提液对牵牛、反枝苋种子萌发及幼苗生长表现为显著的抑制作用;白屈菜水提液对牵牛、反枝苋种子萌发及幼苗生长表现出高抑低促效应,水提液1/25处理对各指标均表现为促进作用,随着浸提液浓度升高抑制作用增强,水提液对苗高的抑制作用明显低于根长。白屈菜浸提液对牵牛的综合化感效应顺序表现为:醇提100%=醇提1/5>醇提1/25>水提100%>水提1/25>水提1/5>CK;白屈菜浸提液对反枝苋的综合化感效应顺序表现为:醇提100%=醇提1/5=醇提1/25>水提1/25>水提1/5>水提100%>CK。 [Objective]This paper aims to investigate the allelopathic effects of Chelidonium majus extracts on Pharhiris nil and Amaranthus retroflexus.[Method]Effects of different extraction methods(alcohol extraction and water extraction)and different concentrations of C.majus extracts on seed germination and seedling growth of P.nil and A.retroflexus were studied by petri dish filter paper method.[Results]The extracts of C.majus had allelopathic effects on the seeds of two weeds.The ethanol extracts of C.majus significantly inhibited seed germination and seedling growth of P.nil and A.retroflexus.The water extracts of C.majus showed a high inhibitory and low promoting effect on seed germination and seedling growth of P.nil and A.retroflexus.Treatment with 1/25 of water extracts showed a promoting effect on all indexes,and the inhibition effect was enhanced with the increase in the concentration of water extract,and the inhibition effect of water extracts on seedling height was obviously lower than that of root length.The comprehensive allelopathic effects of C.majus extracts on P.nil were as follows:ethanol extraction 100%=ethanol extraction 1/5>ethanol extraction 1/25>water extraction 100%>water extraction 1/25>water extraction 1/5>CK.The comprehensive allelopathic effect of celandine extracts on A.retroflexus was as follows:ethanol extraction 100%=ethanol extraction 1/5=ethanol extraction 1/25>water extraction 1/25>water extraction 1/5>water extraction 100%>CK.
