溴虫氟苯双酰胺与氟啶虫胺腈桶混防治黄瓜蓟马田间药效试验

摘要 【目的】蓟马是黄瓜的重要害虫之一,严重影响其产量及质量。通过进行溴虫氟苯双酰胺与氟啶虫胺腈桶混药效试验明确其对蓟马的防控效果。【方法】利用喷雾法测定溴虫氟苯双酰胺与氟啶虫胺腈桶混对黄瓜蓟马的防治效果。【结果】第1次施药后溴虫氟苯双酰胺10 g/L SC单剂处理,以及含有溴虫氟苯双酰胺10 g/L SC的桶混处理均与对照药剂乙基多杀菌素60g/LSC差异不显著,且随着药后时间的延长差异逐渐缩小。第2次施药后各药剂处理防治效果均有不同程度的提升,药后10 d,溴虫氟苯双酰胺10 g/L SC单剂处理及其他含有溴虫氟苯双酰胺10 g/L SC的桶混处理表现出较好的防效,防治效果显著高于对照药剂乙基多杀菌素60 g/L SC,或与之差异不显著。【结论】实际应用中可推荐溴虫氟苯双酰胺10 g/L SC+氟啶虫胺腈22%SC,用量为每667 m^(2)(9+3)~(18+6)g,m L。视虫害发生情况,间隔5~7 d,至少连续施用2次。 [Objective]Thrips is one of the most important pests of cucumber,which affects the yield and quality of cucumber seriously.The efficacy of Broflanilide mixed with Sulfoxaflor was tested to determine the control effects on thrips.[Method]The control effects of Broflanilide mixed with Sulfoxaflor on cucumber thrips were tested by spraying method.[Results]There was no significant difference between the treatment of 10 g/L Broflanilide,10 g/L Broflanilide mixed with Sulfoxaflor,and the control of 60 g/L Spinetoram after the first application,and the differences gradually narrowed with the extension of time after spraying.While,after the second application,the control effect of each treatment was improved to some extent;and 10 days after the application,the single-dose treatment with 10 g/L Broflanilide SC and other treatments mixed with 10 g/L Broflanilide SC all showed good control effects.The control effects were significantly higher than that of the control 60 g/L Spinetoram SC or showed no significant difference from that of the control(60 g/L SC).[Conclusion]In the practical application,Broflanilide 10 g/L SC+Sulfoxaflorv 22%SC can be used by the dosage of(9+3)-(18+6)g,mL/667 m^(2).Depending on the occurrence of insect pests,5-7 days interval with at least two consecutive application is recommended.
