通塞脉片联合前列地尔治疗早期糖尿病足的效果观察

摘要 目的探讨通塞脉片联合前列地尔对早期糖尿病足的临床疗效。方法选取2019年6月至2021年6月湛江中心人民医院收治的120例早期糖尿病足患者,根据随机数表法分为观察组60例和对照组60例,观察组给予前列地尔联合通塞脉片治疗,对照组单纯给予前列地尔治疗,疗程2周。观察治疗前后两组患者的血糖指标、中医症候评分、踝肱指数(ABI)、超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)、丙二醛(MDA)、白介素-6(IL-6)、肿瘤坏死因子α(TNF-α)的变化。结果治疗后,两组患者中医症候评分、MDA、IL-6、TNF-α均低于治疗前(P<0.05),两组患者ABI、SOD均高于治疗前(P<0.05);与对照组相比,治疗后观察组患者中医症候评分、MDA、IL-6、TNF-α下降更显著(P<0.05),且观察组患者ABI、SOD升高更明显(P<0.05)。结论通塞脉片联合前列地尔可能通过抑制早期糖尿病足患者的氧化应激反应,从而改善早期糖尿病足患者的疗效。 Objective To explore the clinical efficacy of Tongsaimai Tablet combined with alprostadil on early diabetes foot.Methods A total of 120 patients with early diabetes foot admitted to Central People’s Hospital of Zhanjiang from June 2019 to June 2021 were selected and randomly divided into the observation group(60 cases)and the control group(60 cas es)according to the random num ber table method.The observation group was treated with alprostadil combined with Tongsaimai Tablet,while the control group was treated with alprostadil alone for 2 weeks.Changes in the blood glucose index,traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)symptom score,ankle-brachial index(ABI),superoxide dismutase(SOD),malondialdehyde(MDA),interleukin-6(IL-6)and tumor necrosis factorα(TNF-α)were observed in the two groups before and after treatment.Results After treatment,TCM symptom score,and the levels of MDA,IL-6 and TNF-αin both groups were lower than those before treatment(P<0.05).ABI and SOD level in both groups were higher than thos e before treatment(P<0.05).Compared with the control group,the decrease of TCM symptom score and the levels of MDA,IL-6 and TNF-αin the observation group was more significant after treatment(P<0.05),and the increase of ABI and SOD level in the observation group was more significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Tongsaimai Tablet combined with alprostadil may improve the efficacy for early diabetes foot patients by inhibiting the oxidative stress response of early diabetes foot patients.
