高职中药学专业工匠精神培育路径与策略

The Path and Strategy of Cultivating Craftsmanship in Higher Vocational Chinese Medicine Major

随着健康中国战略的实施,中医药产业在我国国民经济中占据的地位越来越重要。培育中医药领域的大国工匠迫在眉睫。但是,各类院校和专业在工匠精神培育环节仍存在许多问题和不足。立足新时代高职院校育人的根本任务和目标,结合高职中药学专业特点,提出针对性的工匠精神培育路径及策略。

With the implementation of the healthy China strategy,the traditional Chinese medicine industry plays an increasingly important role in China′s national economy.It is urgent to cultivate great craftsmen in the field of traditional Chinese medicine.However,there are still many problems and deficiencies in the cultivation of craftsmanship in various colleges and professions.Based on the basic task and goal of educating people in higher vocational colleges in the new era,and combined with the characteristics of Chinese medicine in higher vocational colleges,this paper puts forward the targeted path and strategy of cultivating craftsmanship.
