摘要
目的探讨“互联网+”融合思政案例情景模拟教学法在健康评估神经系统检查实验教学中的应用效果。方法将2019、2020级护理本科班分别设为对照组与实验组,实验组采用“互联网+”融合思政案例情景模拟教学法,对照组采用传统教学法。采用自制神经系统综合评分表对两组教学效果进行评价。结果实验组期末神经系统技能操作考核成绩显著优于对照组,临床思维能力、护患沟通能力、解决问题能力、技能运用与理解能力、人文关怀能力、自主学习能力及团队合作能力优于对照组。结论健康评估神经系统检查实验教学采用“互联网+”融合思政案例情景模拟教学法有利于学生操作训练,提高学生解决临床实际问题能力。
Objective To explore the application effect of"Internet Plus"integrated ideological and political cases′scene simulation teaching method in the experimental teaching of health assessment and neurological examination.Methods The undergraduate nursing classes of grade 2019 and 2020 were set as the control group and the experimental group respectively.The experimental group adopted the"Internet Plus"integrated ideological and political cases′scene simulation teaching method,and the control group adopted the traditional teaching method.The teaching effect of the two groups was evaluated by the self-made comprehensive scale about nervous system.Results The final examination results of nervous system skills in the experimental group were significantly better than those in the control group.The clinical thinking ability,nurse-patient communication ability,problem-solving ability,skill application and comprehension ability,humanistic care ability,self-learning ability and teamwork ability were better than the control group.Conclusion The"Internet Plus"integrated ideological and political cases′scene simulation teaching method is beneficial to students′operation training in the experimental teaching of health assessment and neurological examination and improve students ability of solving practical problems in clinic.
