摘要
目的调查中职卫校不同年级学生主观幸福感的差异,并分析相关影响因素。方法自制学生在校主观幸福感调查问卷,以班级为单位对2016级、2017级862名学生进行调查。结果中职卫校学生主观幸福感总体较高,76%的学生经常能够感受到幸福;不同年级学生主观幸福感水平不同,2017级学生显著高于2016级学生;学习动机、课堂注意力、学习兴趣、师生关系、同伴关系、对学校的满意度是不同年级学生主观幸福感的主要影响因素。结论中职卫校要进行教学改革,吸引学生的课堂注意力,激发学习动机和学习兴趣,同时建立良好的师生及同伴关系,完善学校的软硬件设施,提高学生对学校的满意度,增强其主观幸福感。
Objective To investigate the difference of subjective well-being of students of different grades in secondary vocational health school and analyze the related influencing factors.Methods We made our own questionnaire on students′subjective well-being at school,862 students of grade 2016 and grade 2017 were investigated with questionnaire taking a class as a unit.Results The subjective well-being of secondary vocational health school students was generally higher,76%of students often felt happy;the subjective well-being level of students vary in grades,and the level of students in 2017 is significantly higher than that in 2016.Learning motivation,classroom attention,learning interest,teacher-student relationship,peer relationship and school satisfaction are the main influencing factors of subjective well-being of students in different grades.Conclusion Secondary vocational health school should attract students′attention in class and stimulate their learning motivation and interest through teaching reform,at the same time,establish a good relationship between teachers and students and peers,improve the hardware and software facilities of the school,improve students′satisfaction with the school and enhance their happiness.
