护理专业本科实习生情绪管理能力现状研究 被引量:2

摘要 目的调查护理专业本科实习生的情绪管理能力现状,分析其影响因素。方法以湖州学院护理专业本科实习生为研究对象,采用一般资料量表、护理本科生情绪管理能力量表、临床沟通能力量表进行问卷调查。结果不同学习成绩、是否获得奖学金、不同性格的护生护理本科生情绪管理能力量表得分比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);护生护理本科生情绪管理能力量表与临床沟通能力量表得分呈正相关关系;建立和谐关系、敏锐倾听、验证感受、获得奖学金能有效提高护生情绪管理能力。结论护理教育者及临床管理者应根据护生特点开展针对性的培养和指导,使护生对自身情绪有更清晰的了解,从而提高护生情绪管理能力,促进其身心健康发展,使其快速融入临床环境,提升护理服务质量。 Objective This paper investigated the current situation of emotional management ability of nursing undergraduate interns and analyzed the influencing factors.Methods Taking the nursing undergraduate interns of Huzhou College as the study objects,general information scale,emotional management ability scale and clinical communication ability scale were used to conduct the questionnaire survey.Results The comparisons among different academic scores,the situation of obtaining the scholarships and the scale scores of emotional management ability of nursing undergraduates with different personalities are statistically significant(P<0.05);there is a positive correlation between the emotional management ability of nursing undergraduate interns scale and the clinical communication ability scale;the emotional management ability of nursing students can be improved by establishing harmonious relationship,listening sensitively,verifying feelings and obtaining scholarships.Conclusion Nursing educators and clinical managers should carry out targeted training and guidance according to the characteristics of nursing students,so that nursing students can have a clearer understanding of their own emotion,thus improving the emotional management ability of nursing students,promoting their physical and mental health development,making them quickly integrate into the clinical environment and improve the quality of nursing service.
