德国工匠精神培育对我国中等职业教育工匠精神培养的思考

Thinking on German Craftsman Spirit Cultivation to the Development of Craftsman Spirit in Secondary Vocational Education in China

德国制造业享誉世界,究其根源是基于在职业教育体系下培育的工匠人才的工匠精神在其中发挥着重要作用。通过总结德国工匠精神发展历程并探讨工匠精神培育过程中的主要特点,其培养模式、课程体系建设、师生的双元身份以及考核证书制度等方面仍对我国中等职业教育(以下简称“中职”)工匠人才的培育具有借鉴意义。

The German manufacturing industry enjoys a great reputation around the world,which benefits from the craftsman spirit of these personnels under the vocational education systems.By summarizing the development process of German craftsman spirit and discussing the main characteristics in the process of cultivating craftsman spirit,its training mode,curriculum system construction,the dual identity of teachers and students and assessment certificate system still provide references for the cultivation of craftsman personnels in our secondary vocational education(hereinafter referred to as secondary vocational).
