摘要
以广西某医科大学在校本科医学生为研究对象,以问卷为主要调查方式,从自我认知、专业适配、生涯规划3个维度对医学生生涯规划意识现状进行调查分析,以期为学校推进生涯规划教育提供参考,激发医学生的生涯规划意识,提高医学生的生涯规划水平和能力。
Taking undergraduate medical students in a medical university in Guangxi as the study object,this paper used a questionnaire as the main survey method to investigate and analyze the current situation of medical students'career planning consciousness in three dimensions:self-perception,professional adaptation and career planning,in order to provide reference for schools to advance career planning education,stimulate medical students’career planning consciousness and improve the level and ability of medical students'career planning.
