中职语文教学改革及创新的原则和途径

Principles and Approaches of Chinese Teaching Reform and Innovation in Secondary Vocational Schools

结合中职学校语文教学的现状,提出中职语文教学改革和创新的原则及途径,即注重参与性、互动性、多样性、趣味性和实效性。语文教师可以通过以下几种途径进行尝试:做好大单元教学设计,充分开发教学资源,合理运用信息化手段,注重提升学科核心素养,实施多元性评价方式等。中职语文教师要在教学过程中不断反思探究,密切结合教材改革的新内容和学生实际,勇于尝试,敢于创新,不断提升教学能力,积极打造活力课堂、有效课堂。

Based on the current situation of Chinese teaching in secondary vocational schools,this paper puts forward the principles and ways of Chinese teaching reform and innovation in secondary vocational schools,that is,focusing on participation,interaction,diversity,interest and effectiveness.Chinese teachers can try the following ways:do a good job in teaching design of large units,fully develop teaching resources,reasonably use information technology,pay attention to improving the core quality of the discipline,and implement diversified evaluation methods.Chinese teachers in secondary vocational schools should constantly reflect and explore in the teaching process,closely combine the new content of the textbook reform with the actual situation of students,be brave to try,dare to innovate,constantly improve the teaching ability,and actively create a dynamic and effective classroom.
