摘要
以广东岭南职业技术学院护理与健康学院2020级助产专业学生为研究对象,随机选择2个班级分别作为对照组和实验组,对照组采用传统的教学方法,实验组实施基于岗位胜任的线上线下混合式案例教学法。比较两组学生的理论、技能成绩和岗位胜任能力,探讨基于岗位胜任的线上线下混合式案例教学法在妇科护理学课程中的应用。
The midwifery major students of Grade 2020 in the School of Nursing and Health of Guangdong Lingnan Vocational and Technical College were chosen as the study objects.Two classes were randomly selected as the control group and the experimental group.The control group adopted the traditional teaching method,while the experimental group implemented the online and offline combined case teaching method based on post competence.The students’theory,skill scores and post competency were compared between the two groups,and the application of online and offline combined case teaching method based on post competence in gyne cological nursing courses was discussed.
