摘要
于2021年8—10月便利选取川西地区19所基层医院的582名低年资护士作为研究对象,采用情绪智力量表(EIS)、正念注意觉知量表(MAAS)、中文版护士职业倦怠量表(MBI)进行问卷调查,探讨情绪智力在基层医院低年资护士正念水平与职业倦怠之间的中介作用。研究表明,情绪智力在基层医院低年资护士正念水平与职业倦怠之间有一定的中介作用,提示基层医院的临床护理管理者应重视低年资护士职业倦怠的评估和干预,充分利用内在联系和外部资源提高其情绪智力水平,通过开展正念训练为护士提供更有利的工作环境,以改善其职业倦怠,促进护理队伍的稳定和发展。
A total of 582 junior nurses in 19 primary hospitals in western Sichuan region were selected as research objects from August to October 2021.The Emotional Intelligence Scale(EIS),the Mindful Attention Scale(MAAS)and the Chinese version of the Nurse Burnout Scale(MBI)were used to explore the mediating role of emotional intelligence in mindfulness level and job burnout among junior nurses in primary hospitals.The study shows that emotional intelligence plays an intermediary role in the relationship between the mindfulness level and job burnout of junior nurses in primary hospitals,suggesting that clinical nursing managers in primary hospitals should pay attention to the evaluation and intervention of job burnout of junior nurses,make full use of internal connections and external resources to improve their emotional intelligence,and provide a more favorable working environment for nurses through mindfulness training so as to ruduce their job burnout and promote the stability and development of nursing teams.
