摘要
选取医学生60人为实验组,以负性自动思维调整为框架的团体辅导进行干预,选取同质医学生60人为对照组,在此期间不接受任何干预措施。在干预前、干预后采用医学生情绪管理能力量表和自动思维问卷(ATQ)对两组施测,在干预后3个月对实验组进行追踪测试。研究表明,基于负性自动思维调整的团体辅导对医学生情绪管理能力具有积极的、持续性的效果,是情绪管理能力提升的有效途径。
60 medical students were selected as the experimental group,and the group counseling with negative automatic thinking adjustment as the framework was used for intervention.60 medical students of the same quality were selected as the control group.During this period,they did not accept any intervention measures.Before and after the intervention,the two groups were tested with the emotion management ability scale for medical students and the automatic thinking questionnaire(ATQ).The experimental group was followed up 3 months after the intervention.Research shows that group counseling based on negative automatic thinking adjustment has a positive and lasting effect on medical students'emotion management ability,and is an effective way to improve their emotion management ability。
