摘要
在深入推进教育评价变革的背景下,构建扎根中国、融通中外、立足时代、面向未来的全球素养教育评价框架,对培养我国全球素养人才具有重要的指导意义。结合我国实际情况,批判性分析近十年来美国、英国、澳大利亚、加拿大、韩国全球素养教育评价中5个具有代表性的框架及工具,发现:在评价维度上,以上国家关注全球素养教育在教育系统中的嵌入程度,评价在学校教育理念和学校教育教学实践等维度中对全球素养教育的反映与体现;在评价方式上,采用发展性的评价方式,以促进学校自主发展为全球素养教育评价的主要目的;在评价工具上,依据指标体系为评价的标准,主要采用核验清单、自我反思工作表和调查问卷等工具收集评价证据。开展具有中国特色的全球素养教育评价,应当充分发挥和实现教育评价的育人功能;通过发展性评价推动学校教育系统开展全球素养教育评价;改进教育评价的方式方法,强化专业支持与服务。
In the context of further promoting the education evaluation reform in China,it is of great significance to construct a Global Competence Evaluation Framework which takes the root in China,integrates home and abroad,responds to the times and looks to the future.The Framework will play a guidance role for the education of talent with global competence.Based on the practical situation in China,this paper critically analyzes the frameworks and tools of global competence education evaluation in the past decade in five representative countries:the United States,the United Kingdom,Australia,Canada and South Korea.The findings of this study are as follows.In terms of evaluation dimensions,the above five countries pay attention to the degree of embeddedness of global competence education in their education systems,and evaluate the reflection and embodiment of global competence education in the dimensions of school educational concepts and teaching practices.In terms of evaluation methods,the developmental evaluation method is adopted,which aims to promote the self-development of schools.In terms of evaluation tools,based on the evaluation criteria of indexes,the evaluation evidence is collected mainly by means of checking lists,self-reflection worksheets,questionnaires and so on.Therefore,in order to carry out the evaluation of global competence education with Chinese characteristics,it is necessary to give full play to and realize the educational function of the educational evaluation,promote developmental evaluation in the school educational system,and improve evaluation methods and tools to strengthen the professional support and services.
