城市污水处理厂中VOCs的测定方法

摘要 采用顶空固相微萃取-气质联用法(HS-SPME-GC-MS)测定城市污水处理厂进水中的挥发性恶臭有机物,并定性定量分析了进水中的挥发性恶臭有机物。测定某生活污水处理厂进水中的甲苯含量为21.4378μg/L;四氯乙烯含量为1.2986μg/L;乙苯含量为0.2198μg/L;对二甲苯含量为0.8989μg/L;庚醛含量为2.1032μg/L;二甲基三硫醚含量为1.9981μg/L;对甲酚含量为125.1442μg/L;萘含量为1.3453μg/L;吲哚含量为17.9143μg/L。九种挥发性恶臭有机物标准曲线的拟合度(R2)范围在0.9906到0.9999之间,相对标准偏差(RSD)范围为3.692%1到11.7781%,检出限均在μg/L水平。 Headspace solid phase microextraction-Gas Chromatography-Mass Spectrometer(HS-SPME-GC-MS)was used to determine volatile odorous organic compounds(VOCs)in municipal sewage treatment plant.The VOCs in influent water were analyzed qualitatively and quantitatively.The content of toluene in inlet water of a domestic wastewater treatment plant was 21.4378μg/L;tetrachloroethylene was 1.2986μg/L;ethylbenzene was 0.2198μg/L;p-xylene was 0.8989μg/L;heptanal was 2.1032μg/L;dimethyl trithioether was 1.9981μg/L;p-cresol was 125.1442μg/L;naphthalene was 1.3453μg/L;indole was 17.9143μg/L.The fitting degree(R~2)of the standard curves of the nine compounds ranged from 0.9906 to 0.9999,and the relative standard deviation(RSD)ranged from 3.6921%to 11.7781%.The limits of detection were all atμg/L.
