Effect of early intervention Denver Model on early intervention in autistic children

目的 观察早期介入丹佛模式(early start denver model,ESDM)对孤独症儿童的效果。方法 选择2019年1月~2020年9月接诊的86例孤独症患儿,随机分为:观察组(纳入43例,在对照组基础上加用ESDM)、对照组(纳入43例,提供常规康复干预),评价组间儿童孤独症评定量表(childhood autism rating scale,CARS)、孤独症行为评定量表(autism behavior checklist,ABC)、孤独症治疗评估量表(autism treatmentevaluation checklist,ATEC)、Gesell发育量表(Gesell developmental scale,GDS)。结果 干预前,组间CARS、ABC、 ATEC、GDS评分无明显差异,P>0.05;干预12周后,较之对照组,观察组CARS、ABC、 ATEC、GDS评分更佳,P<0.05。结论 对孤独症患儿实施ESDM,能够改善孤独症核心症状,提高智力水平,促进患儿康复,值得推广。

Objective To observe the effect of early start Denver Model(ESDM) on autistic children. Methods86 children with autism admitted from January 2019 to September 2020 were randomly divided into observation group(43 cases were included and ESDM was added on the base of routine rehabilitation intervention),control group(43cases were included and routine rehabilitation intervention was provided). The Child Autism Rating Scale(CARS),Autism Behavior Checklist(ABC)Autism Treatment Evaluation Checklist(ATEC)and Gesell development scale(GDS)were compared between two groups. Results Before the intervention,there was no significant difference in the scores of CARS,ABC,ATEC and GDS between two groups(P> 0.05). After 12 weeks of intervention,the scores of CARS,ABC,ATEC and GDS in the observation group were better than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The implementation of ESDM in children with autism can improve the core symptoms of autism,improve the level of intelligence and promote the rehabilitation of childrenn.
