Effect of psychotherapy and functional exercise on patients with cerebral infarction and its influence on their psychological state

目的分析心理治疗联合功能锻炼对脑梗死患者心理状态的影响。方法研究对象来源于本院2018年3月~2021年3月住院的92例脑梗死患者,根据随机数字表法分组(每组n=46),对照组给予常规治疗,观察组在对照组基础上给予心理治疗联合功能锻炼,对比两组焦虑自评量表(Self-Rating Anxiety Scale,SAS)评分、抑郁自评量表(Self-rating depression scale,SDS)评分、神经功能缺损程度评分(NIHSS)评分、Fugl-Meyer肢体运动功能评分表(Fugl-Meyer assessment of motor function,FAM)评分、匹兹堡睡眠质量指数(Pittsburgh Sleep Quality Index,PSQI)评分、患者满意度。结果观察组治疗后SAS评分、SDS评分、NIHSS评分、PSQI评分均低于对照组,观察组治疗后FAM评分高于对照组,观察组患者满意度(95.65%)高于对照组(69.57%),差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论心理治疗联合功能锻炼可有效减轻脑梗死患者焦虑、抑郁等不良情绪以及神经功能受损程度,改善睡眠质量,提高肢体功能及患者满意度。

Objective To analyze the effect of psychotherapy combined with functional exercise on the psychological state of patients with cerebral infarction.Methods 92 patients with cerebral infarction hospitalized in our hospital from March 2018 to March 2021 were divided into groups according to the random number table method(n=46 in each group).The control group was given routine treatment,and the observation group was given psychotherapy combined with functional exercise on the basis of the control group.The scores of self rating Anxiety Scale(SAS),self rating Depression Scale(SDS)and NIHSS score,Fugl-Meyer assessment of motor function(FAM)score,Pittsburgh sleep quality index(PSQI)score and patient satisfaction.Results The SAS score,SDS score,NIHSS score and PSQI score of the observation group after treatment were lower than those in the control group.The FAM score of the observation group after treatment was higher than that of the control group.The patient satisfaction of the observation group(95.65%)was higher than that of the control group(69.57%).The difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Psychotherapy combined with functional exercise can effectively reduce the anxiety,irritability and other adverse emotions of patients with cerebral infarction,as well as the degree of neurological impairment,improve sleep quality,limb function and patient satisfaction.
