摘要
为掌握十八辊轧机板形调控性能,运用非线性有限元软件MARC建立了十八辊轧机轧制过程三维弹塑性耦合有限元仿真模型。分析了施加-335~490 kN的中间辊弯辊力及中间辊横移量为-125~125 mm时,屈服强度为980 MPa带钢的二次凸度和四次凸度以及工作辊有载辊缝、弹性弯曲、弹性压扁变形的变化情况。结果表明,中间辊弯辊力对承载辊缝的调节能力明显大于中间辊横移量。中间辊弯辊力的二次凸度调节量约为238μm,四次凸度调节量约为78μm。中间辊横移量的二次凸度调节量约为6μm,四次凸度调节量约为2.7μm。中间弯辊力对工作辊边部弹性弯曲与弹性压扁的调控效果明显大于对工作辊中部的调控效果。中间辊横移量对工作辊弹性弯曲与弹性压扁调节能力明显小于中间辊弯辊力,说明了中间辊横移量对承载辊缝和板凸度调节能力小于中间辊弯辊力。
To master the shape control performance of eighteen-high rolling mill,a three-dimensional elastic-plastic coupling finite ele-ment simulation model of eighteen-high rolling mill in rolling process was established using nonlinear finite element software MARC.The quadratic crown and quartic crown of strip steel with yield strength of 980 MPa and the changes of loaded roll gap,elastic bending and e-lastic flattening deformation of work roll were analyzed when the intermediate roll bending force of-335-490 kN and the intermediate roll shifting amount of-125-125 mm were applied.The results show that the adjustment ability of intermediate roll bending force on load bearing roll seam is obviously greater than that of intermediate roll shifting amount.The quadratic crown adjustment amount of intermedi-ate roll bending force is about 238μm and the quartic crown adjustment amount is about 78μm.The quadratic crown adjustment amount of intermediate roll shifting amount is about 6μm and the quartic crown adjustment is about 2.7μm.The control effects of intermediate roll bending force on the elastic bending and elastic flattening of the edge of work rolls are obviously greater than that of the middle part of work roll.The adjustment abilities of the intermediate roll shifting amount for elastic bending and elastic flattening of the work roll are ob-viously less than that of intermediate roll bending force.It is shown that the adjustment ability of intermediate roll shifting amount for load bearing roll seam and shape crown is less than that of intermediate roll bending force.
