摘要
为解决火力发电机组深度调峰问题,针对影响机组运行经济性的因素进行分析。采用运行控制优化措施,即优化锅炉配风、制粉系统优化调整、低负荷变氧量调整、优化辅助系统运行方式。通过优化前后数据比较,在确保机组运行安全前提下,机组热效率和经济性得到提高。
In order to solve the problem of deep peak shaving of thermal power generation units, the factors affecting the operationeconomy of unit are analyzed in this paper. The optimization measures of operation control are adopted, which is optimization of the air distribution of boiler, optimization and adjustment of the pulverizing system, adjustment of the low load variable oxygen content, and optimization of the operation mode of the auxiliary system. By comparing the data before and after optimization, the thermal efficiency and economy of the unit are improved on the premise of ensuring the safe operation of the unit.
