摘要 为解决某660 MW发电机组出现长时间脱硫吸收塔浆液持续起泡的严重问题,对脱硫系统的各种相关原料、介质、副产品等进行取样并化验分析,对锅炉、电除尘、脱硫运行参数进行统计分析,综合分析脱硫浆液起泡的可能原因。锅炉脱硝系统性能下降氨逃逸高,有大量的氨逃逸至电除尘,并在电除尘极板、极线上生成硫酸氢铵并粘连,导致锅炉电除尘性能严重下降,锅炉粉尘大量进入脱硫浆液系统,导致了脱硫浆液持续起泡。针对性制定了相应的运行和检修措施,在机组启动后取得良好效果。 In order to solve the serious problem of continuous foaming of slurry in desulfurization absorption tower of a 660 MW power generation unit for a long time. Take samples of various raw materials, media, by-products, etc. related to the desulfurization system, conduct chemical analysis, conduct statistical analysis on the operating parameters of boiler, electrostatic precipitator and desulfurization, and comprehensively analyze the possible causes of foaming of desulfurization slurry. The performance of the boiler denitration system is degraded, and ammonia escapes high. A large amount of ammonia escapes to the electrostatic precipitator, and generates ammonium bisulfate on the electrode plate and the electrode line of the electrostatic precipitator and sticks, resulting in a serious decline in the performance of the boiler electrostatic precipitator. A large amount of boiler dust enters the desulfurization slurry system, resulting in continuous foaming of the desulfurization slurry. The corresponding operation and maintenance measures were formulated, and good results were achieved after the unit was started.
