摘要 硅酸盐具有水溶性、不易燃、不易爆、无机、无毒、与环境相容性好和低成本等多重优势。本文讨论了硅酸盐的特性,健康、安全和环境(HSE)优势,硅酸盐胶体的聚合和沉淀反应,概述了硅酸盐作为水基页岩抑制剂,暂堵、堵漏材料和缓蚀剂在钻完井液中的研究应用现状,最后探讨了硅酸盐在钻完井液领域的研究和发展方向。 Silicate has many advantages, to name a few water-soluble, non-flammable, nonexplosive, inorganic, non-toxic, environment-friendly, and cost-effective. This paper mentions the characteristics, health, safety and environmental(HSE) advantages of silicate,polymerization and precipita tion reaction of silicate colloid, summarizes the research and application status of silicate as a water-based shale inhibitor, temporary plugging, plugging materials and corrosion inhibitors in drilling and completion fluids. And finally investigate the research and development tendency of silicate in the field of drilling and completion fluids.
