渤海蒸汽吞吐油田产能分析及预测研究

摘要 渤海LD2特稠油油藏(地层原油黏度2 908 mPa·s)设计采用十轮次蒸汽吞吐方式开采。为了准确预测每一轮次注热后的产能,在对第一轮次蒸汽吞吐开采实际注汽量、注汽温度、注入速度、注汽干度等注热参数与单井比采油指数相关性回归的基础上,开展的产能影响因素分析研究结果表明:单井平均比采油指数与各注热参数存在良好的线性关系,注汽量、注汽温度、注入速度、注汽干度等越高,比采油指数越高;并通过多元线性回归,得到比采油指数与注汽量、注汽温度、注入速度、注汽干度四个注热参数和地层渗透率、黏度的关系式。经矿场实例验证,该关系式预测精度较高,该方法的优点是注热完成后,即可根据实际注热参数快速准确的进行产能预测,实用性强,应用范围广。 The Bohai LD2 extra-heavy oil reservoir(formation crude oil viscosity 2 908 mPa·s)is designed to be produced by ten rounds of steam stimulation. In order to accurately predict the productivity after each round of heat injection, the correlation between the actual steam injection volume, steam injection temperature, injection rate, steam injection dryness and other heat injection parameters of the first round of steam huff and puff production and the single-well specific oil production index was regressed. On the basis of, the results of the analysis and research on the influencing factors of productivity show that there is a good linear relationship between the average specific oil recovery index of a single well and each heat injection parameter. The higher the steam injection volume, steam injection temperature,injection rate and steam injection dryness, the higher the specific oil recovery index. And through multiple linear regression, the relationship between the specific oil recovery index and the four heat injection parameters, such as steam injection volume, steam injection temperature, injection rate, and steam injection dryness, and formation permeability and viscosity are obtained. It has been verified by the mine field example that the prediction accuracy of this relational expression is high. The advantage of this method is that after the heat injection is completed, the production capacity can be predicted quickly and accurately according to the actual heat injection parameters, with strong practicability and wide application range.
