摘要
差压式流量计应用较为广泛,但应用在湿天然气计量上存在气量计量虚高、误差大等问题。本文研制了一种基于喷嘴的湿气井在线计量装置,建立了气液两相含率的在线计量模型。现场应用表明:以喷嘴为节流元件的计量装置具有结构简单、计量精度高、性能稳定等特点,两相含率计量精度都可以满足现场单井计量要求。
Differential pressure flowmeter is widely used, but there are some problems in wet natural gas measurement, such as false over reading and large error. In this paper, an online metering device for wet gas well based on nozzle is developed, and an on-line metering model of gas-liquid two-phase holdup is established. The field application shows that the metering device with nozzle as throttling element has the characteristics of simple structure,high precision and stable performance, and the measuring accuracy of two-phase holdup can meet the requirments of single well measurement.
