摘要 针对物理交联聚乙烯醇PVA降失水剂存在适用温度区间较窄且不抗盐的情况,研究以聚乙烯醇(PVA)为主剂,以戊二醛为交联剂,通过化学交联的方式合成改性PVA类降失水剂。通过调整水溶液为酸性条件,使用交联剂戊二醛在60℃条件下与PVA形成共价键交联反应合成而来。合成产物相对分子质量在3.5×105~6.5×105,并含有少量杀茵剂和稳定剂。通过实验研究结果表明,加入7%~15%(BWOC)化学交联PVA降失水剂可使G级油井水泥浆在75~120℃的条件下,API滤失量控制在50 mL以内。 In view of the narrow temperature range and no salt resistance of physical PVA,the study synthesized modified PVA by polyvinyl alcohol(PVA) as the main agent, glutaraldehyde as the cross-linking agent. It was synthesized by adjusting the aqueous solution to the acid condition and using the cross-linker glutaraldehyde to form covalent bonds with PVA at 60 ℃. The resultant products had a relative molecular mass of between 3.5 ×10~5~6.5×10~5 and contained a small amount of chloricides and stabilizers. The results show that fluid loss agent can be control the API filter loss within 50 mL at 75~120 ℃ by adding 7%~15%(BWOC) chemical crosslinked PVA.
