摘要
在“碳达峰、碳中和”目标下,对煤炭绿色开采提出了更高的要求。覆岩离层注浆充填是重要的绿色开采方式之一,不仅可规模化消纳煤矸石、粉煤灰、脱硫石膏、煤泥等煤基固废,还有效控制地表沉降。本文全面回顾覆岩离层注浆充填的发展历史和现状,阐述了覆岩离层注浆充填的原理和技术特点,并以霍尔辛赫煤矿3501工作面构筑物下局部离层注浆充填和屯兰煤矿22301工作面走向连续离层注浆充填两个成功案例进行例证分析。基于此,从技术标准、商业模式、地下水保护、新型充填材料选择与使用和政策机制等方面进行了展望,以期为我国覆岩离层注浆充填技术的完善及进一步发展提供思路。
This paper comprehensively reviews the development history and current situation of overburden separation layer grouting and filling,expounds the principle and technical characteristics of overburden separation layer grouting and filling,and takes two successful cases of partial separation layer grouting and filling under the structure of 3501 working face of Huoerxinhe Coal Mine and continuous separation layer grouting and filling along the strike of 22301 working face of Tunlan Coal Mine for example analysis.Based on this,the prospect is made from the aspects of technical standards,business models,groundwater protection,selection and use of new filling materials,and policy mechanisms,in order to provide ideas for the improvement and further development of grouting filling technology for overburden separation in China.
