沿海缺水城市水资源的供需情势分析

以山东省平度市为研究对象,在资料收集整理的基础上,通过统计及对比分析,进行现状供用水水平评价,进而在供需水预测的基础上,充分考虑跨区域跨流域调水,采用情景分析法进行区域供需形势分析评价。结果表明:平度市水资源短缺主要属于资源性缺水,供需矛盾的关键点在当地常规水源不足;供需总量平衡对策是在加强节水、调整产业结构的同时,重点考虑加大海水淡化等非常规水源开发利用,以及实施必要的跨区域跨流域调水工程建设等,为平度市未来调水工程的规划、区域水安全及水资源可持续利用提供支撑。

The current water supply level of Shandong Province,Pingdu city is evaluated.On the basis of water supply and demand forecast,the regional water supply and demand situation is analyzed and evaluated by scenario analysis method with full consideration of water transfer.The results show that,the key local water resoources problem is the lack of local conventional water resources.Water saving and adjusting industrial structure,developing seawater desalination and the inter-regional and inter-basin water transfer projects are the ways to regional water security and sustainable utilization of water resources in Pingdu City.
