基于ET、EC、ES的流域水资源水环境水生态综合管理规划研究

摘要 探究基于ET、EC、ES的滹沱河流域石家庄段的水资源水环境水生态综合管理规划,建立ET、EC、ES耦合机制,在实现供水过程的水资源优化配置的基础上,再由耗水系数法得到用水过程的可控ET的分行业分配结果,使水资源在国民经济需水和生态需水之间进行合理配置,为区域经济发展和生态文明建设提供管理模式借鉴。 This paper tries to make a thorough inq uiry into the integrated management planning of water resources,water environment and water ecology of the Hutuo River Shijiazhuang basin based on ET/EC/ES,and the ET/EC/ES coupling mechanism is established.On the basis of realizing the optimal allocation of water resources in the water supply process,the water consumption coefficient method is used to obtain the distribution results of controllable ET in the water use process,so that the water resources can be reasonably allocated between the national economic water demand and the ecological water demand,which provide a management model for the regional economic development and ecological civilization construction.
