2021年,国家卫生健康委、中医药管理局明确提出了建设智慧医院的相关要求,人事档案管理作为医院智慧人力管理的核心内容,管理模式的数字化、信息化是智慧医院建设的必然产物。通过总结传统人事档案管理模式存在的弊端,阐述人事档案数字化建设的必要性,归纳并提出了从树立人事档案数字化建设理念、建立人事档案数字化管理体系、培养专业的人事档案数字化管理人才、不断提升人事档案数字化信息管理系统软硬件水平等推进人事档案数字化建设的具体路径。

In 2021,the National Health Commission and the Administration of Traditional Chinese Medicine clearly put forward the relevant requirements for building smart hospitals.Personnel file management is the core content of the hospital's smart human resources management,and the digitization and informatization of the management mode is the inevitable product of the construction of a smart hospital.This paper summarizes the shortcomings of the traditional personnel file management mode,elaborates the necessity of the digital construction of personnel files,and proposes specific paths to promote the digital construction of personnel files from establishing the concept of digital construction of personnel files,establishing the digital information management system of personnel files,cultivating professional personnel file digital management talents,and constantly improving the software and hardware level of the digital information management system of personnel files.
