摘要 随着经济全球化以及现代供应链的快速发展,港口装备智能化成为第4代港口的发展趋势。中海油基地园区码头作为重要的海上平台物资保障码头,承担着绝大多数生产、生活物资和人员倒班出海的运行业务。供应链、物流服务、智能化、信息化等软实力建设可为油气后勤码头智能化运行、管理和后勤保障生产降低运营成本,进而提高运转效率,并整体提升码头安全管理水平。针对中海油后勤现代化港口的转型升级,对智慧化园区码头的物联网平台进行设计和应用,重点对物联网平台建设核心框架、平台框架搭建、数据采集预处理和平台基本功能进行了深入论述和总结。 With the rapid development of economic globalization and modern supply chain,port equipment intelligentization has become the development trend of the fourth generation ports.As an important offshore platform material support wharf,the wharf in the CNOOC Base Park undertakes the role of most production and living materials and personnel going to sea on shifts.The construction of soft power such as supply chain,logistics service,intelligentization and informatization can reduce the operation cost for the intelligent operation,management and logistics support production of the oil and gas logistics wharf,thereby improving the operation efficiency and improving the overall safety management level of the wharf.In view of the transformation and upgrading of CNOOC logistics modern ports,this paper expounds the design and application of the Internet of things platform for the wharf in the intelligent park,and focuses on the core framework of the Internet of things platform construction,platform framework construction,data acquisition preprocessing and the basic functions of the platform.
