摘要 为选出再液化的最佳流程与工艺参数,以及指导关键设备的开发和选型,针对船用BOG氮膨胀再液化装置关键技术研究,基于高效热力学系统设计方案,通过Aspen Plus进行工艺流程建模,通过仿真计算优化工艺参数,分析流程中各节点参数对流程性能指标的影响,结果表明将原流程中氮气回热器和BOG换热器集合成一台多股流换热器,并调整流程关键参数,换热性能更好,设备成本更低,整体占地空间更小。 In order to select the best process and process parameters for reliquefaction,and guide the development and selection of key equipment,aiming at the key technology research of marine BOG nitrogen expansion reliquefaction unit,based on the high-efficiency thermodynamic system design scheme,the process flow modeling is carried out by Aspen Plus,and the process parameters are optimized by simulation calculation.The influence of the parameters of each node in the process on the process performance indicators is analyzed,and the results show that the nitrogen regenerator and BOG heat exchanger in the original process are integrated into a multi-stream heat exchanger,and the key parameters of the process are adjusted.The heat exchange performance is better,the equipment cost is lower,and the overall floor space is smaller.
