双导程精密蜗杆传动副设计及承载计算方法研究

摘要 针对双导程精密蜗杆传动副的设计理论不完善及承载计算方法缺失等问题,基于空间啮合原理,建立双导程蜗杆传动副啮合几何学模型,提出了传动副几何参数设计及侧隙调整设计等方法;基于ISO/TS 14521并利用相对计算方法,建立了双导程蜗杆传动副的传动效率、齿面磨损、齿面点蚀、齿根断齿等承载计算模型;设计研制了双导程精密蜗杆传动副样机并开展了传动性能测试。通过理论分析、仿真计算及样机性能试验,验证了设计方法的正确性及承载计算方法的可靠性,为双导程精密蜗杆传动副的广泛应用提供了设计分析的理论依据。 In view of the lack of design theory and load-bearing calculation method of dual-lead precision worm drives, the meshing geometry model of the dual-lead worm drive is established based on the principle of spatial meshing, and the design methods of geometric parameters, adjustment and compensation of this worm drive are proposed. Based on the ISO/TS 14521 and using the relative calculation method, loading capacity calculation models for the transmission efficiency, tooth surface wear, tooth surface pitting and tooth root broken are developed. The dual-lead precision worm drive prototype is designed and manufactured, and the transmission performance test is carried out. Through the theoretical analysis, simulation calculation and prototype performance experiment, the correctness of the design method and the reliability of the load-bearing calculation method are verified, which provides a theoretical basis for the design and analysis of the wide application of duallead precision worm drives.
