智慧图书馆背景下应用型本科高校图书馆馆员技术能力建设研究——以南京工程学院图书馆为例

Research on the Technical Ability Construction of Applied Undergraduate University Librarians under the Background of Smart Library——A Case Study of Nanjing Institute of Technology

本文分析了应用型本科高校图书馆的发展现状以及馆员技术能力建设中存在的问题,凝练出智慧图书馆背景下对馆员技术能力的要求。以南京工程学院为例,探索了馆员的专业化建设与实践、处理数据能力的建设与实践、学科研究能力的建设与实践、创新和创造能力的建设与实践的具体做法,以期充分发挥应用型本科高校图书馆馆员的智慧,为学校的专业、学科建设、地方经济和社会的发展做出应有贡献。

This paper analyzes the development status of applied undergraduate university library and the problems existing in the construction of librarians'technical ability.Condenses the requirements on the technical ability of librarians under the background of smart library,a case study of Nanjing institute of technology,explored the professional construction and practice of librarians,the construction and practice of data processing ability,the construction and practice of subject research ability,the construction and practice of innovation and creation ability.In order to give full play to the wisdom of applied undergraduate university librarians and make contributions to the development of the university's specialty,discipline construction,local economy and society.
