摘要
近年来,山东省全面深化职业教育改革,不断完善现代职业教育体系,产教融合发展成就瞩目。但也要看到大部分院校还在产教融合的探索阶段,各高职院校产教融合效率差别较大,部分院校产教融合效率不理想。本文选取23所优质高职院校进行测评,通过DEA方法计算出三类院校,即产教融合投入产出有效、弱有效和无效的院校。同时,也对山东省产教深度融合存在的现实困境进行了相关讨论,并分析了各优质高职院校效率差别的原因和改进的方法。
In recent years,shandong province deepened the reform,improve the modern vocational education system,remarkable achievements have been made in the integration of industry and education.But we must know most colleges are still exploring,They efficiency are quite different.Select 23 high quality colleges,three kinds of colleges are calculated by DEA,that is,effective,weakly effective and ineffective.Discuss the practical dilemma of them,then analyze the reason of difference and the method of improvement.
