五大理念视域下“十四五”时期我国群众体育发展路径研究

Study on the development path of mass sports in China during the 14th Five-Year Plan period from the perspective of five concepts

运用文献资料法、逻辑分析法等,回顾了我国“十三五”时期群众体育发展取得的成就及尚未解决的矛盾与问题,以此为基点分析了“十四五”期间我国群众体育所要面对的机遇与挑战,并在创新、协调、绿色、开放、共享五大发展理念视域下提出了“十四五”时期我国群众体育发展路径:坚持创新发展,为群众体育发展注入新活力;坚持协调发展,为群众体育发展创造内生力;坚持绿色发展,为群众体育发展激发新动力;坚持开放发展,为群众体育发展形成新合力;坚持共享发展,为群众体育发展增强共生力。力求将群众体育发展推向新高度,从而为实现2035年体育强国远景目标贡献力量。

By using the methods of literature and logical analysis,this article reviews the achievements of mass sports development during our country’s“13th Five-Year Plan”period as well as the contradictions and problems yet to be solved,as a basis point,it analyzes the opportunities and challenges which our country mass sports will face during the 14th Five-Year Plan period,and under the vision of innovation,coordination,green,open and sharing five major development concepts,puts forward the way of mass sports development in the“14th FiveYear Plan”period: adhere to the“innovative”development and inject new vitality into the development of mass sports;adhere to“coordinated”development,create endogenous force for mass sports development;adhere to the“green”development,to stimulate new impetus for the development of mass sports;adhere to the“open”development,to form a new force for the development of mass sports;Adhere to“shared”development and enhance symbiosis for the development of mass sports. We will strive to push the development of mass sports to a new height and contribute to realizing the vision of a strong sports country by 2035.
