公路自行车运动员功能性动作筛查结果及纠正训练效果分析

摘要 选取18名辽宁省公路自行车运动员为研究对象,首先进行FMS测试,根据测试结果设计功能性动作纠正训练方法,最后分析8周纠正训练后运动员FMS测试结果变化情况,旨在为公路自行车运动员预防运动损伤和改善运动表现提供参考。结果显示:公路自行车运动员在纠正训练前FMS总分低于14分,存在损伤高风险;其中深蹲、肩部灵活性和躯干旋转稳定性三项测试得分偏低,躯干稳定俯卧撑得分最高。主要存在问题为踝关节背屈灵活性不足,下肢后侧肌肉紧张伸展性差,肩部灵活性差,多个维度上整体核心区域的稳定性控制能力和身体协调性一般。针对公路自行车运动员FMS测试结果制定功能性纠正训练方案,纠正训练干预后,公路自行车运动员FMS总分有显著提高,且得分高于14分,损伤风险降低;有效提高了运动员的灵活性、稳定性和神经肌肉控制能力,改善了运动员的动作质量,降低了运动损伤的风险。 This paper selects the road cyclists in Liaoning Province as the research object. Firstly,the FMS test is carried out,and then the functional movement corrective training method is designed according to the test results,and finally analyzes the changes of athletes’ FMS test results after 8 weeks correction training,in order to provide help for road cyclists to prevent sports injury and improve sports performance. The results show that the total FMS score of road cyclists before corrective training is less than 14 points,and there is a high risk of injury;the squat,shoulder flexibility and trunk rotation stability of the three test scores are low,trunk stability push-ups scored the highest. The main problems are lack of ankle dorsiflexion flexibility,lower limb posterior muscle tension and poor extensibility,shoulder flexibility is poor,the overall core area on multiple dimensions of stability control and body coordination in general. A functional corrective training program was developed according to the FMS test results of road cyclists. After the corrective training intervention,the total FMS score of road cyclists was significantly improved,and the score was higher than 14 points,and the injury risk was reduced. It effectively improves the flexibility,stability and neuromuscular control ability of athletes,improves the quality of athletes’ movements,and reduces the risk of sports injury.
