摘要
基于电力工程造价评审业务现状,考虑评审标准动态配置、评审业务全过程串联、工程数据自动采集等系统需求,设计“资源-标准-业务-数据-应用”层级交互的造价评审系统架构,说明经济性评价、工程预算评审、电子化预结算、数据采集等主要功能的实现过程,介绍系统实现的技术架构与权限设置,可为数字化评审系统建设提供参考,也为造价管理数字化转型提供借鉴。
Based on the current situation of power engineering cost evaluation business,considering the system requirements of dynamic configuration of evaluation standards,series connection of the whole process of evaluation business,and automatic engineering data collection,the paper designs a cost evaluation system architecture with“resource-standards-business-data-application”level interaction,which explains the realization process of main functions such as economic evaluation,engineering budget review,electronic budget and settlement,and data collection.This paper introduces the technical architecture and authority design of the system which provides digital evaluation means for cost evaluation and reference for the digital transformation of cost management.
