基于专利分析的植被混凝土生态护坡技术发展态势研究 被引量:1

摘要 为明晰植被混凝土生态护坡技术的专利研发态势,为我国该技术研发和专利布局提供参考,利用专利分析方法,采用智慧芽(PatSnap)专利分析平台,结合人工标引和统计,对中外植被混凝土生态护坡技术专利进行系统分析,包括发展态势、专利类型和法律状态、地域分布、重点技术领域、技术功效、专利创新机构与主要发明人等。结果表明,我国植被混凝土生态护坡技术处于高速发展期,专利研究方向集中在水利工程土方开挖边坡修护、硅酸盐水泥制备植被混凝土工艺等方面。研究发现,该技术在西北地区和交通、矿山护坡领域专利布局较少,建议加大这几方面的研发力度。 To clarify the research progress of vegetation concrete ecological slope protection technology, and provide reference for technology research and development and patent distribution of this technology in China, this study uses PatSnap patent analysis platform and manual indexing to analyze the development trend, patent types and legal status, regional distribution, key technical fields, technology-effect, patent innovation institutions and major inventors of vegetation concrete technology in ecological slope protection. The result shows that the ecological slope protection technology of vegetation concrete is in the period of rapid development in China and its research direction is focused on the slope protection technology in water resources and hydropower construction, and the preparation of vegetation concrete with Portland cement. It is found that there are few patents of this technology in Northwest China, as well as in transportation and mine slope protection fields, and the R & D in these regions and fields need to be strengthened.
