摘要
为提高处理再生粗骨料的效率,节约处理时间与材料,提出循环喷洒水玻璃溶液的处理方式。结果显示,经过3个喷洒循环(约1min),再生粗骨料对水玻璃溶液的吸收基本达到平衡,吸收率约3.4%。喷洒处理后,再生粗骨料的压碎值、表观密度均有所提高,吸水率下降。与浸泡方法相比,喷洒方法的处理效果基本相当,但能节约大量的时间与材料。
To improve the efficiency of treatment of recycled coarse aggregate(RCA) and save time and material, a circular spraying of water glass solution method is proposed. The results show that after being treated with 3 spraying cycles(about 1 minute), the absorption of RCA is basically saturated, which is about 3.4%. After being treated with the spraying method, the crushing value, apparent density are enhanced, and the water absorption is decreased. Comparing with the soaking method, the effects of the two methods are basically equivalent, but spraying treatment can save time and material.
