摘要
分别采用注凝成型和干压成型工艺进行样品制备,对两种成型工艺进行比较,对试样的烧成制度、密度、弯曲强度、断裂韧性等展开评价。结果表明,注凝成型虽然生产周期较长,但制备试样的密度、弯曲强度、断裂韧性均优于干法成型。
The samples are prepared by injection molding and dry pressing molding respectively, and the two molding processes are compared. At the same time, the sintering system, density, bending strength and fracture toughness of the samples are evaluated. The results show that the density, bending strength and fracture toughness of the samples prepared by injection molding are better than those of the samples prepared by dry molding, although the production cycle is longer.
