无机人造石生产环境体系的研究

摘要 为解决因环境等因素需频繁调节无机人造石混合料用水量的问题,对搅拌平台进行温、湿度设备的加装及监控。以同一配方在不同温、湿度环境下制备无机人造石板材,并进行性能测试。通过对混合料的含水率(4.5%~5%)和维勃稠度(10~15s)的控制、板材早期弯曲强度和压缩强度的对比,确定无机人造石板材生产环境体系中合适温度范围为22~25℃,最佳湿度范围为75%左右。 In order to solve the problem of frequently adjusting the water consumption of inorganic artificial stone mixture due to environmental and other factors, the mixing platform is installed with and monitored by temperature and humidity equipment. Inorganic artificial stone slabs are prepared in different temperature and humidity environments with the same mix proportion, and the performance tests are carried out. Through the control of the moisture content(4.5%~5%) and the V-B consistency(10~15s) of the mixture, and the comparison of the early flexural strength and compression strength of the slab, it is determined that the appropriate temperature range in the inorganic artificial stone plate production environment system is 22~25°C, and the optimal humidity range is about 75%.
