摘要
建立装配式外墙外保温系统安全性能试验模型,采用泡沫块静态试验方法对系统模型受载破坏进行分析。结果显示,装配式外墙外保温系统面板两侧固定、面板四边固定、面板四边固定+竖板缝面板卡件三种固定方式均安全可靠;面板两边固定方式的经济性较好,施工工艺较简单。
This research sets a test model of the prefabricated external wall’s thermal insulation system and analyzes the model under load based on the static test with foam blocks. The results show that the three ways to fix the fabricated external wall’s thermal insulation system are safe and reliable, namely, fixing the panel on two sides, fixing the panel on four sides, and fixing the panel on four sides plus clamping on the vertical seam panel. Among them, the method of fixing two sides of the panel is the most economical and easy to be adopted.
