养老院老年人睡眠质量与疲乏状态的相关性分析

Correlation between sleep quality and fatigue in elderly people in nursing homes

目的调查北京市养老院老年人疲乏状态,探索疲乏状态与睡眠质量之间的关系。方法2021年3—11月,采用方便抽样法对397名在北京地区养老院居住的老年人进行问卷调查,调查工具包括一般人口学资料调查表、修订版Piper疲乏量表(RPFS)及匹兹堡睡眠指数量表(PSQI)。结果回收有效问卷357份,回收率89.9%,357名老年人疲乏发生率为75.6%(260/357),疲乏总分为3.3(1.4,4.0)分。不同性别老年人的疲乏状态差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);60岁以上老年人的年龄越高其疲乏问卷得分越高(P<0.05);学历较低的老人发生的疲乏比例显著低于学历高的人群(P<0.05);独居的老年人疲乏发生率更高(P<0.05)。二元logistic回归分析显示:年龄(OR=3.412,95%CI:1.924~6.052)、睡眠时间(OR=3.854,95%CI:1.568~9.476)、催眠药物使用频率(OR=1.663,95%CI:1.048~2.640)、日间功能障碍(OR=3.726,95%CI:2.040~6.805)是老年人疲乏状态的独立影响因素。结论北京市养老院老年人疲乏状态普遍存在,且疲乏状态与其睡眠质量密切相关。

Objective To investigate the fatigue status of elderly people in nursing homes in Beijing,and explore the relationship between fatigue status and sleep quality.Methods Three hundred and ninety-seven over 60 years old people living in nursing homes in Beijing were selected by convenience sampling method from March to November 2021.Their general data were collected,and they were evaluated by Revised Piper Fatigue Scale(RPFS),Pittsburgh Sleep Quality Index(PSQI).Results A total of 357 valid questionnaires were recovered,with a recovery rate of 89.9%.75.6%elderly people was in fatigue status(260/357).The score of fatigue was 3.3(1.4,4.0)points.There was no statistical difference in the fatigue status of the elderly in different genders(P>0.05);people over 60 years old win the higher score in RPFS(P<0.05);the elderly with higher education were easier get fatigue(P<0.05);the elderly living alone won a higher incidence of fatigue(P<0.05).Binary logistic regression analysis showed:age(OR=3.412,95%CI:1.924-6.052),sleeping time(OR=3.854,95%CI:1.568-9.476),hypnotic drugs(OR=1.663,95%CI:1.048-2.640)and daytime dysfunction(OR=3.726,95%CI:2.040-6.805)were independent influencing factors of fatigue in the elderly.Conclusions Fatigue is common among the elderly in Beijing nursing homes,and relationships between the fatigue and sleep quality is significant.
