摘要
健康体适能是老龄化时代不可忽略的方面,而抗阻训练是提高老年人健康体适能水平的有效、可行手段。该文就抗阻训练对于老年人体成分、肌肉力量与肌肉耐力、心肺耐力、平衡及协调功能的影响进行综述,并对安全性方面进行探讨,以期提高临床对抗阻训练的认识水平,促进其合理应用。
Physical fitness is an important aspect in the age of aging,and resistance training is an effective and feasible means to improve the level of physical fitness of the elderly.This paper reviews the effects of resistance training on the body composition,muscle strength,muscle endurance,cardiopulmonary endurance,balance and coordination function.In order to improve the understanding of clinical antagonistic resistance training and promote its rational application,the safety aspects also are summarized and discussed.
