In recent years, the number and scale of wire and cable production and operation enterprises have been expanding, while the quality of wire and cable products is uneven. Quality detection is an important means to control the quality of wire and cable in the market. This paper analyzes the causes of unqualified products from the aspects of raw material quality and production technology of wires and cables, and puts forward improvement suggestions based on the characteristics of wires and cables and the current situation of production enterprises.
