新型干法熟料水泥生产中头煤和尾煤占比的理论计算

摘要 目前,世界90%以上的水泥产能采用新型干法熟料水泥生产技术,烧成热耗逐渐降低。同时,从最初的窑内一把火演变成窑头、窑尾两把火,且窑头燃料用量占比下降。新型干法水泥生产技术的头煤和尾煤用量比约为40:60,有的生产线可达到30:70。但是,头煤和尾煤用量占比尚缺少理论计算说明。本文以理论计算为支撑,探讨新型干法熟料水泥生产中头煤和尾煤的适宜占比。 At present, more than 90% of the world’s cement production capacity uses the new dry clinker cement production technology, and the burning heat consumption is gradually reduced. At the same time, with the change from the initial “one fire” in the kiln to “two fire” at the kiln head and kiln tail, the proportion of fuel consumption at the kiln head decreased. The consumption of head coal and tail coal of the new dry cement production technology accounts for about 40:60, and some production lines can reach 30:70. However, the proportion of head coal and tail coal consumption is still lack of theoretical calculation. Based on theoretical calculation, this paper discusses the appropriate proportion of head coal and tail coal in the new dry clinker cement production.
