摘要
重晶砂防辐射混凝土能对粒子辐射起到良好的防护作用。某新建测试车间项目的重晶砂防辐射混凝土设计强度为C30,掺入重晶砂448kg/m^(3),墙、板混凝土结构厚度超过1m,防辐射混凝土结构的防裂控制尤为重要。按防辐射大体积混凝土技术路线考虑,对原材料和推荐配合比进行优化,将水泥用量从307kg/m^(3)降至241kg/m^(3),减少了因水泥水化热过高导致混凝土开裂的隐患。
Heavy crystal sand radiation proof concrete plays a good role in particle radiation protection. The design strength of the radiation proof concrete of a newly built testing workshop is C30, and the heavy crystal sand is mixed with 448kg/m^(3). The thickness of wall and slab concrete structure is more than 1m, so the crack prevention control of radiation proof concrete structure is particularly important. Considering the technical route of radiation proof mass concrete,this paper optimizes the raw materials and the recommended mix ratio, reducing the cement dosage from 307kg/m^(3) to 241kg/m^(3). The hidden danger of concrete cracking caused by high hydration heat of cement is reduced.
