摘要
建筑垃圾已成为城市垃圾的主要种类。建筑垃圾处理后可作为再生骨料广泛应用于混凝土,实现资源化。本文利用建筑垃圾制备再生骨料,并对比研究三种工艺技术路线。通过对比再生骨料的物理性能(表观密度、吸水率、针片状颗粒含量、泥块含量、颗粒级配及电耗)和力学性能(压碎值),最终确定适合建筑垃圾制备再生骨料的工艺技术路线。
Construction waste has gradually become the main type of urban waste. After treatment, construction waste can be widely used in concrete as recycled aggregate to realize resource utilization. In this paper, construction waste is used to prepare recycled aggregate, and three technological routes are compared. By comparing the physical properties(apparent density, water absorption, needle flake particle content, mud content, particle size distribution and power consumption)and mechanical properties(crushing value) of recycled aggregate, the suitable technological route for the preparation of recycled aggregate from construction waste is finally determined.
