摘要
为探究钢绞线在护套破坏和氯盐环境耦合作用下的腐蚀特征和损伤规律,通过电化学加速锈蚀试验模拟钢绞线腐蚀,运用失重法对钢绞线进行腐蚀损伤评定。结果表明,钢绞线在护套破坏口发生局部腐蚀,随加速锈蚀时间增加,钢绞线腐蚀损伤程度加大,且钢绞线损伤口腐蚀特征随腐蚀程度增加呈现一定的规律。在实际工程中,失重法不能全面准确评定带护套的钢绞线的腐蚀,应结合护套破坏特点及损伤口腐蚀特征进行局部腐蚀损伤评定。
In order to explore the corrosion characteristics and damage laws of steel strand under the coupling action of sheath damage and chloride environment, in this paper, the electrochemical accelerated corrosion test is used to simulate the corrosion of steel strand, and the weight loss method is used to evaluate the corrosion damage of steel strand. The results show that the local corrosion of the steel strand occurs at the damage port of the sheath. With the increase of accelerated corrosion time, the degree of corrosion damage of the steel strand increases, and the corrosion characteristics of the damaged port of the steel strand show a certain law with the increase of the corrosion degree. In practical engineering, the weight loss method cannot comprehensively and accurately evaluate the corrosion of sheathed steel strand, and the local corrosion damage evaluation should be carried out according to the characteristics of the sheath damage and the corrosion damage port.
